- Absolutely. We fully support and accept requisitions structured using standard IMPA and ISSA codes to ensure 100% item accuracy against your inventory line items.
- Do you supply specialized equipment for offshore oil & gas platforms?
- Yes. We maintain dedicated supply chains for hazardous area operations, sourcing certified IECEx and ATEX explosion-proof lighting, heavy-duty offshore cables, and technical maintenance components vetted for Tier-1 networks.

- Requisitions and RFQs received via our online portal or direct email are confirmed and priced within 24 hours.
- What are your standard delivery lead times across WA ports?
- Standard lead times for consolidated requisitions from order confirmation are structured by port region — Fremantle, Kwinana, and Bunbury: 2 to 3 business days; Albany, Geraldton, and Esperance: 4 to 5 business days.
