Absolutely. We fully support and accept requisitions structured using standard IMPA and ISSA codes to ensure 100% item accuracy against your inventory line items.
Do you supply specialized equipment for offshore oil & gas platforms?
Yes. We maintain dedicated supply chains for hazardous area operations, sourcing certified IECEx and ATEX explosion-proof lighting, heavy-duty offshore cables, and technical maintenance components vetted for Tier-1 networks.

Where is your distribution facility located?
Our central warehousing and inventory distribution hub is located in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, allowing for rapid deployment and cold-chain logistical access to southern WA berths.
Do you handle customs clearance and port authority documentation?
Yes. Our operations team coordinates the end-to-end administrative process, managing all customs clearance, port authority protocols, secure berth access, and bonded store documentation required for seamless delivery.

Requisitions and RFQs received via our online portal or direct email are confirmed and priced within 24 hours.
What are your standard delivery lead times across WA ports?
Standard lead times for consolidated requisitions from order confirmation are structured by port region — Fremantle, Kwinana, and Bunbury: 2 to 3 business days; Albany, Geraldton, and Esperance: 4 to 5 business days.
